I have an abode

Found an apartment last week. It's a condo in a high-rise in the CityPlace development, right next to the SkyDome (er... Rogers Centre) and CN Tower. I've wanted to live in a high-rise ever since I was a little kid. Though it exists, high-rise living isn't too popular in Texas, so I figured that this was a good chance to try it out. Plus I can walk to work, the SkyDome, the Air Canada Centre, the Entertainment District, and about a million restaurants and bars.

What's going on here?

Well, basically I'm moving to Toronto. My employer recently acquired a small Toronto software company, and I'm heading to the great white north to work there for a few years. I want to keep my friends and family updated as to the goings-on in my life, so I figured a blog would be a fun and convenient way to do so. Thus, I bring you "The Texan Canadian".
